How can I belive that delivery is free?
This is because we have adjusted all the expenses in the basic product price. As a result of this we don’t mislead the consumers and they need to pay what is written on the on the product. For any more proof just order any product and believe it for yourself.

I feel that your canvas prices are higher than others.
It’s not true, because if you compare the prices after the delivery with other product selling websites you will realize that our prices are somewhat lower than others. We don’t claim to be the cheapest but definitely we offer very affordable prices.

Are background and art prices lower on your site?
Yes, we are offering our art as our passion. We would like to see people using our art, our backgrounds and hence we are offering them at a lower price.

I am confused for choosing background or art for my photo.
Just go to the contact us page upload your photo for suggestion and our art and designing team will suggest you what would be better the best background for your photo. They would offer you a number of combinations and from that you can make the final choice.

Do they have a plastic coating?
No. Our canvas prints look and feel like fabric - real woven canvas. A substantial fabric of 500gsm. They do not have a plastic coating as it is not necessary with this material. The raw textile feel of the canvas is a popular feature and gives no sheen or glare. The inks penetrate deep into the canvas fibers making them impossible to scratch. Canvas with plastic coatings or laminated surfaces does not stretch and hence we do not entertain the usage of plastic.

Do You Mount on Stretcher Bars or MOTIF blocks?
We use finest quality pine professional stretcher bars that are accurate as per the industry standard. We use layered pine bars which are from knots and spits free guaranteed. They also do not warp. We consider MDF blocks with fabric glued to them as an inferior material and heavy and inconsistent with quality canvas stretching workmanship. All our stretcher frames are complete with wedges - these are often missed out by inferior suppliers. You can't have a true stretched canvas without the support of these wedges.

Will they scratch or scuff?
No. In deep fiber printing the inks delve into the fibers and do not sit on the surface of the material. Consequently they will not scratch or scuff.

How may I know how an art or background is looking for my photo?
We will email you a graphic for approval and in that you can see and suggest any changes if needed. It is only after your approval that we will go ahead with your canvas.
